With this functionality users will be able to set up or update availability restrictions for room types and rate plans in Rates and availability. A booking cutoff restriction specifies how many days a guest must book before they check-in at your property. This can eliminate same-day arrivals.
Release period is the minimum number of days between the booking being made and the earliest arrival date. It allows you to restrict the sale of your rooms prior to guest arrival for a set number of days.
Once you’ve set your reservations restrictions, the check-in date will set automatically to the next available check-in date based on your restriction.
